We had a couple of clients who were looking into entering the MENA market to sell their PV Solar panels. They needed some insights on the market size, segmentation, prices, competition, and market culture.  We provided them with a comprehensive in-depth report, that helped them dearly.

A group of investors were partnering up to import Baby care products for the market their active in, and they needed a financial model to determine the projects feasibility and projected cash flow as well. a Dashboard was created using Power BI

Our client; Ace Supplies & Trading Co. , an HVAC company with both B2B and B2C clients, asked us to build them a full Marketing strategy, and marketing plan. Our final document included, a situation analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, a SWOT analysis,  a strategic focus and competitive advantage analysis, a comprehensive marketing strategy ,tackling all 7Ps , as well as an implementation plan, with full range of KPIs and metrics.

Our client; Ace Supplies & Trading Co. , an HVAC company was considering introducing a new service/product to its customers. A full financial model was created ( NPV, IRR, BE analysis, and ROI)  to help management make a better decision for whether or not they should  introduce this service.

This Solar inverter manufacturer ( One of the top 10 in the world) asked for a market insight study for the Jordanian Solar inverter market. They are now operating in this market and performing very well.
